We are hiring a Lead Executive Service professional to manage and coordinate verified business enquiries. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, coordinating with vendors, following up with clients, and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders.
The Lead Executive will play a key role in managing incoming business leads and ensuring timely follow-up with customers and vendors. This position requires strong communication skills, basic CRM knowledge, and the ability to manage lead lifecycle from enquiry to closure.
Handle and manage verified business enquiries
Call customers to understand requirements
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Schedule follow-ups and maintain lead records
Ensure timely response to all enquiries
Track lead status and update CRM system
Assist in quotation coordination and service confirmation
Maintain daily reporting and performance metrics
Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email)
Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
